Call for Nominations - Board of Directors

In accordance with By-law Number 1, nominations are requested for 4 - 2 year positions as Directors of the Ontario Association of Triathletes, Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

·  Shall be eighteen (18) or more years of age

·  Shall not be an undischarged bankrupt

·  Shall not be of unsound mind as so found by a court of competent jurisdiction in Canada or elsewhere

·  Shall not be bankrupt

·  Shall be a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Triathletes

·  Shall be nominated by a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Triathletes

Nominations to the Board of Directors will be closed on Friday October 14, 2011 at 3 p.m. EST - 10 business days prior to the Annual General Meeting of members or any meeting of the members whose purpose is to elect members to the Board of Directors.

In accordance with Revised By-law #1 Nominations from the floor will NOT be accepted.
