In accordance with By-law No. 1 of the Ontario Association of Triathletes, notice is hereby given of the continuation of the Annual General meeting of the Ontario Association of Triathletes.

North York, Ontario
The agenda may not be extended to other items without the consent of at least two thirds (2/3) of the delegates present and entitled to vote.
Twenty (20) members present or represented by proxy shall constitute a quorum.
RESOLUTIONS TO CHANGE BY-LAWS

A member may appoint by proxy, an alternate representative, to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Proxies must be lodged with the OAT office no later than 5 p. m. on Wednesday October 26, 2011.
