Final Qualifying Race  - June 2012

Additional "wildcard" qualifying spots for the 2012 OSG are available (9 for girls and 6 for boys).  All wildcard spots will be awarded at the Guelph Lake Triathlon on June 16, 2012.  The qualifying race will be the try-a-tri distance (not the sprint distance).   Thanks go out to Mitch Fraser and the Trisport team for allowing their race to act as the final qualifier.  Athletes and parents are reminded to register early for the race, which typically sells out in advance.  Not special allowances will be made for athletes wishing to qualify for OSG.  ALL ATHLETES MUST BE MEMBERS OF TRIATHLON ONTARIO PRIOR TO STARTING THE RACE.

And finally, the OSG Triathlon Committee is looking for volunteers to help on the OSG race day (August 18, 2012).  If you would like to come out to help and cheer on the future stars of our sport, please register as a triathlon volunteer on the OSG website www.ontariosummergames.ca - just fill in the form and be sure to check the triathlon box.
