Triathlon Ontario is once again offering world class Open Water Swim Clinics specifically designed for Age Groupers. These clinics offer the opportunity to work with an Olympic level swim coach.
Over the course of their clinic, participants will be exposed to stroke technique tips, open water tactics, training philosophy and progressive training.
These clinics offer the opportunity to work in the open water and gain a better understanding of stroke technique and the laying of a training foundation that will create a good base moving forward.
Due to the very small number of spots, these clinics offer a truly exceptional opportunity to work with a high-level coach, but available spots will go very quickly.
As part of the registration package athletes will be receiving complimentary a Triathlon Ontario water bottle and silicone swim cap.
Note: due to Covid 19, these clinics will be run in small groups. Clinics are entirely outdoors. Participants will observe physical distancing of 2 metres.
