SUMMARY:Triathlon Ontario Three Part Age Group Swim Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Triathlon Ontario is offering a 3-part swim clinic designed for Age Groupers aged 15 and older.  Over the course of the three sessions\, participants will be exposed to stroke technique tips\, open water tactics\, training philosophy and progressive training. \nThis clinic is a great opportunity to get a kick start before the good weather hits by starting with a better understanding of stroke technique and the laying of a training foundation that will create a good base moving forward.  Each of the three sessions will build on the previous one\, but will have a focus on training and stroke technique. \nThe sessions will be 1.5 hours each\, with a 30 minute activation/warm up on deck before each session.  Spots are limited to 30 and each participant will receive a Triathlon Ontario water bottle and silicon swim cap\, plus complimentary Infinit Jet Fuel will be available at each session. \nDates: March 3rd\, 2019 (9 am – 10:30am) \nMarch 10th\, 2019 (10 am – 11:30am) \nMarch 17th\, 2019\, (2pm – 3:30pm)
