SUMMARY:Ultimate Age Grouper Swim Clinic
DESCRIPTION:  \nTriathlon Ontario is once again offering a world class Open Water Swim Clinic specifically designed for Age Groupers. This clinic offers the opportunity to experience the multi-million dollars Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre while working with an Olympic level swim coach\, strength and conditioning expert and Swim Ontario’s biomechanist. \nOver the course of this one day clinic\, participants will be exposed to stroke technique tips\, open water tactics\, training philosophy and progressive training. \nThis clinic is a great opportunity to get a kick start before the good weather hits by starting with a better understanding of stroke technique and the laying of a training foundation that will create a good base moving forward.  As part of the registration package athletes will be receiving complimentary Infinit Nutrition’s Jet Fuel through out the day\, a Triathlon Ontario water bottle and silicon swim cap.  Athletes will also receive a personalized analysis of their stroke and correction suggestions by Swim Ontario’s biomachinic. \nSchedule \nMarch 24th \n2-2:15pm – Welcome and Intros (on deck) \n2:15-3:15pm – Pool Session #1 – Competition Pool \n3:30-4:30pm – Classroom Session – Leadership Room \n4:30-5:15pm – Strength and Core Session – On deck \n5:15-6:15pm – Pool Session #2 – Competition Pool \n  \n  \n  \n
