DESCRIPTION:This weekly event is a perfect training night for all levels…beginner to competitive athlete. Lifeguard supervised\, timed swim and run\, aid station on the run\, post race fruit and snacks\, Triathlon Ontario sanctioned. If you are not a TO/LTC member series insurance can be purchased for $10 for the season. \nAll for a very affordable cost. \nLake Whittaker\, Ingersoll is a small clean lake in a conservation area. Water quality is tested every 3 days and after a rainfall. DESCRIPTION:Seeing yourself swim can make a big difference in understanding what changes you need to make. During this session\, you will be videotaped both above and underwater. Immediately after being videotaped you and a coach will view and analyse the video to identify 1-2 key areas to focus on for future improvements.
