Lifeguard supervised\, timed swim and run\, aid station on the run\, post race fruit and snacks\, Triathlon Ontario sanctioned. If you are not a TO/LTC member series insurance can be purchased for $10 for the season. \nAll for a very affordable cost. \nLake Whittaker\, Ingersoll is a small clean lake in a conservation area. Water quality is tested every 3 days and after a rainfall.
