Outdoors at\nMilton Sports Centre\, Milton\, ON Swim\, bike\, run and traditional fun & crazy camp games! 9 am to 4\npm (July 22 to July 26) Items required for the camp: swimsuit\, cap\, goggles\, fins or pool buoy if you\nhave them; bike (road or mountain fine)\, helmet\, bike lock\, 2 towels\, packed peanut free lunch each\nday\, water bottle\, rain gear\, clothing layers for possible inclement weather\, hat and sunscreen. Pizza\nlunch provided on Friday! Camp Cost: $200 per camper\, with 10% discount for families of 2 or more\n$10 Tri ON membership fee for non Triathlon Ontario members

DESCRIPTION:This weekly event is a perfect training night for all levels…beginner to competitive athlete. Lifeguard supervised\, timed swim and run\, aid station on the run\, post race fruit and snacks\, Triathlon Ontario sanctioned. If you are not a TO/LTC member series insurance can be purchased for $10 for the season. \nAll for a very affordable cost. \nLake Whittaker\, Ingersoll is a small clean lake in a conservation area. Water quality is tested every 3 days and after a rainfall.
