DESCRIPTION:In preparation for the triathlon racing season that it’s about to start in Canada\, you want to ensure that you have an edge on the competition. Having an experienced coach assess your pool and open water techniques will help you achieve efficiencies and reach your swimming potential\, while preserving reserves to be used on the bike and run portions that follow after a swim in triathlon. \nThis clinic offers three swim practices at the Markham Centennial Community Centre Pool\, home of the Markham Masters Swim Club on Thursdays June 9\, 16 & 23 @ 8:00 PM. \nCoach Lucien will work with you in finding your best. You will enjoy the camaraderie and relaxed atmosphere\, while developing self-awareness about your current technique -including video review-\, identifying how to improve it\, and measuring your critical speed.
