Having an experienced coach assess your pool and open water techniques will help you achieve efficiencies and reach your swimming potential\, while preserving reserves to be used on the bike and run portions that follow after a swim in triathlon. This clinic offers three swim practices at the Markham Centennial Community Centre Pool\, home of the Markham Masters Swim Club on Thursdays June 9\, 16 & 23 @ 8:00 PM.
