DESCRIPTION:The Hammerheads and Koalas Triathlon Team 22nd Annual Training Camp \n  \nThis camp is open to all teammates of the team and their families. \nPractices are geared for KOS\, Junior\, Adult. Level of fitness: \nRecreation to Elite. Daily workouts are normally from 7am-2pm\, with socials in the evening (depending on government rules and COVID in the area). \n  \n2024 marks my 22nd annual training camp over March Break. 2002-2007 was Myrtle Beach\, 2008-2010 was Hilton Head\, 2011-2019 was Panama City Beach. 2020 to 2024 has been in Clermont\, Florida. \n

SUMMARY:TPW - March Swim Clinic for Youth and Adults
DESCRIPTION:Sunday March 10\, 17\, 31 from 8am-9:30am (swim) & ~ 10am (run)\nEtobicoke Olympium (590 Rathburn Rd\, Etobicoke\, M9C 3T3) \nGet ready for your races with group swim sessions! We will be running a concurrent youth and adult swim session on March 17 and 31 (Adult only on March 10) \nEach swim session includes:\n20-30min for drills and skills (including OW skills like sighting and drafting)\n45-60 minute main set catered to your own ability\nAdults: Optional underwater swim filming (+$10+HST) and follow up analysis (+$40+HST). \nAbility: Adults should be able to swim 400m continuously\, all levels welcome for youth program (13-18 yrs old or enquire ahead of time if outside that age range. \nAdults: Self supported run to follow at your own pace\nRoute will be provided (indoor track available on site) \n
