SUMMARY:TC - Triathlon Training Clinic
DESCRIPTION:We will use 2 facilities over the course of the weekend at the Boys & Girls Club of Hamilton –  45 Ellis Ave Hamilton to swim\, and Valley Park Community Centre –  970 Paramount Drive to meet for in class activities\, use a bike path and parking lot for skills development\, the mountain brow for an out and back bike and various local paths for running. Some running will be along the waterfront trail as well.

SUMMARY:Team Atomica - 3 Week Open Water Swim Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Beginner to Intermediate swimmers with little\, or no open water experience. Clinic designed specifically because Cherry Beach doesn’t warm up until July and Ontario/Quebec races start in June! \nMay 10th 12:00-12:55 PM\nMay 24th 12:00-12:55 PM\nMay 31th 12:00-12:55 PM \nBest suited for swimmers with 1 year or less of open water training or racing. Also suitable for swimmers who have more than 1 year of open water experience\, but who want to review open water skills\, at a slower\, more fundamental level\, to improve their confidence and proficiency.
