DESCRIPTION:IronStride Youth Cycling Skills is open to athletes 12 years and older who want to develop basic cycling skills.  Skills will focus on bike safety\, bike handling\, braking\, riding with others\, balance and gear shifting.  Focus of the program will help athletes better prepare for non-age group draft legal events and achieve draft-legal certification with Triathlon Ontario. \n\nSession dates\nSunday March 29\nSunday April 12\nSunday April 19\nSunday May 3\n1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at Focus Fitness Training Studio.\n\nCost $150.00 plus HST.
