DESCRIPTION:Indoor Triathlon is a fun and exciting triathlon format that takes place entirely indoors. \nAthletes swim in a pool\, bike on a stationary bike\, and run on an indoor track\, in each case trying to get as much distance as possible in 15 minutes. \nRaces are open to everyone. In fact\, beginners are especially welcome! \n***Note that\, while there is no lower age limit\, participants need to be able to pedal on a standard spin bike. If a young individual is too small to operate the spin bike they can still participate in the event as a swim/run.*** \n\n\n\nDESCRIPTION\n\nThe Endurance Company is hosting it’s second Indoor Triathlon race at the Canada Games Complex at 9 am Sunday May 3\, 2026
