DESCRIPTION:Indoor Triathlon is a fun and exciting triathlon format that takes place entirely indoors. \nAthletes swim in a pool\, bike on a stationary bike\, and run on an indoor track\, in each case trying to get as much distance as possible in 15 minutes. \nRaces are open to everyone. In fact\, beginners are especially welcome! \n***Note that\, while there is no lower age limit\, participants need to be able to pedal on a standard spin bike. SUMMARY:Ontario Indoor Triathlon Race Series # 3
DESCRIPTION:Triathlon Ontario is hosting Race #3\, May 30th in the 2026 Indoor Triathlon Provincial Series at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre between 7 and 9 pm. \nThe format is simple\, swim as many 25m laps as possible in 15 minutes\, ride a stationary bike as far as possible in 15 minutes\, and run as many laps as possible on an indoor track in 15 minutes.  The farther you go\, the more points you score. \nThis is an ideal race for beginners or competitive athletes.
