DESCRIPTION:There are three dates to this Clinic that run 12:00-2:15 PM\nApril 26\nMay 3\nMay 10 \nSkills Covered\nOpen Water Swimming Skills(in a controlled pool environment – Drafting\, Starts\, Sighting & Safety\nBike Skills – Balance\, Steering\, Body Position\, Pedaling\, Drafting\, Stopping and Hydration\nTransition Skills – Balance and Focus with elevated Heart Rate\, Technique\, Time Saving & Sequence Strategies\, Mount and Dismount\nRun Skills- Coordination\, Technique\, Acceleration\, Cornering and Effort Management \nThese expert led sessions will cover outdoor swimming simulations in an indoor pool\, bike handling skills\, running and transitions. Skills covered are progressive each week\, so all three dates should be attended. Ages 12 – 17 yrs welcome. The Bike Skills portion will aim to cover the skill evaluated by Triathlon Ontario when completing the Youth Draft Legal Certification
