DESCRIPTION:?We welcome all triathletes/cyclists/duathletes of all abilities.\nOnline pre-registration closes at 9pm the night before each Time Trial.\n?Race day registration/check-in takes place between 9:00am and 9:45am at the entrance to Badenoch Soccer Field.\nPlease present your 2019 Triathlon Ontario membership card during check-in/registration.\nIf you are not a current member of Triathlon Ontario\, you must pay a $4 one-day Triathlon Ontario insurance fee in order to participate.\nParking available at Badenoch Soccer Field. Please note that there is no parking available at the start of the TT. Please park your car at Badenoch Soccer Field. Here is the 4k route that you can ride to get to the start of the TT.\nTT instructions will take place 30 minutes before the TT start (at 9:45am)\nYour starting position will be announced during the TT instructions.\nParticipants will be staggered in 30 second intervals. The first participant will start at ~10:15am.

DESCRIPTION:Maximize your holiday training plans with a full selection of training sessions with some of Ontario’s most experienced and accomplished triathlon coaches.  Run and swim video analysis will be available for athletes not training with the Provincial Program on a regular basis that attend the camp upon request. \nGet a head of the pack with our “3 days of bricks” workouts including bike/run on an indoor 400m track (Luis Riel Dome) and swim/bike bricks scenically located on the banks of the Nepean Sportsplex. Also included from our partners at PEAK Centre for Human Performance is a triathlon specific strength and run stability/mobility program.
