DESCRIPTION:Junior Cup Series – 16-19 Age Group\nYouth Cup Series – 12-13 and 14-15 Age Group\n\nRegistration Options & Pricing\n\n\n\nJunior Elite U23 Draft Legal $80 500m\, 20km\, 5km \nU14/15 Draft Legal $80 400m\, 15km\, 3km \nU12/13 Non Draft Legal $60 300m\, 10km\, 2km \nSprint Non Draft Legal 14+ $80 400m\, 15km\, 4km \nTry-a-Tri Non Draft Legal 12+ $60 200m\, 5km\, 2km \n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\nCompetitive triathletes age 12 or older\, please select your age category of 12/13 non-draft\, 14/15 draft legal\, or U23 Elite draft legal. \nRecreational triathletes\, please select Sprint non-draft or Try-a-Tri.  You are also given the option of competing as a team for the Sprint non-draft or Try-a-Tri. \nAll triathletes will start with a Riverside Park pool swim\, transition to looped cycling through closed paved roads through residential Kemptville and finish with a run on the gravel/dirt Riverside Park trail. \nSpectators are able to watch the entire swim\, run and Tzone portions and the triathletes at each 5km interval from the Riverside Park location.  Free parking is also available at the neighboring high school. \nTiming being done by Somersault.

SUMMARY:Triathlon Ontario's Aquathlon Provincial Championships
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Triathlon Ontario’s Aquathlon Provincial Championships! \nThe Aquathlon consists of a 2.5km run\, 1km swim and a 2.5km run provided the water temperature is 22 C or above and therefore\, wetsuit illegal. If the water temperature is below 22 C\, wetsuits are legal and the event switches to a 1km swim and a 5km run. \nThe Provincial Championship also offers the opportunity to qualify for next year’s Aquathlon World Age Group Championships with two spots per age group per gender available. \nEveryone must be a current Triathlon Ontario member for the full Aquathlon. \n \n2026 Age Group Qualifier Aquathlon (1 spot per age group per gender)\n  \n  \nWe are also offering a “Half” Aquathlon consisting of a 500m swim and 2.5km run.  You do not have to be a member to participate in this event.  This event is not a provincial championship. \n

DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, September 20\, 2026\n\nThe only point-to-point race in the Province\, this race starts at the Welland International Flatwater Centre and winds its way through the beautiful Niagara countryside ending at the world-famous Niagara Falls. \nAthletes will start the day at the Welland International Flatwater Centre\, a legacy facility of the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games. Construction of the Welland Canal started nearly 200 years ago and was a major contributor to the growth and prosperity of southern Ontario. It has become an ideal location for warm\, pristine open water swimming.
