DESCRIPTION:Come get a quick snapshot of where your technique is at!\nSeeing yourself swim can make a big difference in understanding what changes you need to make. During this session you will be videotaped from above and underwater. Immediately after being videotaped all participants will view the video\, and with the guidance and analysis of an expert coach\, identify 1-2 key areas to for each swimmer to focus on for future improvements. \nThis is a great way to track change over time\, establish a baseline of technique or to check back in if it’s been a while since you’ve seen yourself swim.

DESCRIPTION:The 2023 Lakefield Triathlon is a Triathlon Ontario sanctioned event hosted by the Peterborough Pirates Triathlon Club and fourth race in the Youth Cup series race of the season. \nAll races will be held Sunday 25 June 2023 at Lakefield College School on a fully closed bike course beginning at 8am. There will be no vehicular access to or from the race site between 8am and 12pm. \nYouth Cup Race Series – 12-13 and 14-15 age groups. \n  \n2024 Ontario Summer Games Qualifier:  14-15 age groups.
