SUMMARY:Sunrise Swim for Strength
DESCRIPTION:The Sunrise Swim for Strength is a non-competitive swim at sunrise that is hosted by our local triathlon club\, TriMuskoka\, as a fundraiser for the MSCLE Project.  The idea for the sunrise swim stemmed from a combination of the Kona Coffee Boat at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii\, along with the charitable fundraising run held that same weekend\, named the infamous Underpants Run. \nThree times a week our club members swim on the 70.3 swim course as the sun rises\, and it is always a breathtaking sight.  We wanted to share this incredible early morning experience and raise some money for our MSCLE project\, It is also a way to thank the athletes who make the effort to come to our small community in the middle of Ontario to take on the Muskoka 70.3 course that is aptly named the Beauty and the Beast.

The athletic goal instilled by this partnership has always been to provide a world-class event that will challenge athletes of all levels\, but be fun\, scenic\, and in today’s new reality\, SAFE!! \nThis year’s XTERRA: Conquer the Crater Off-road Triathlon\, JULY 19 – 20\, 2025. \nGiven the unique setting of Kivi Park with two distinct transition zones\, the race has a natural tendency to ensure social distancing\, and based on volume we will determine appropriate wave starts closer to the event date. This year we have also implemented a participant-triggered pricing structure\, with an increase every 50 registered athletes; so make sure to get in early to take advantage of the best prices of the year. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the 3rd Annual Copper Town Triathlon! Many people choose to travel around the province and even the country to race in these types of events. This year it will be close to home with the 2nd annual Copper Town Triathlon being held in Bruce Mines\, Ontario just a 45 minute drive from Sault Ste. SUMMARY:TTC - Kids Clinic
DESCRIPTION:THE PROGRAM: Each day will have a focus – SWIM\, BIKE OR RUN (weather dependent)\, but will include at least one of the other two sports each day. \nTHE LOCATION: This will be run out of a home in the Mt. Pleasant/St. Clair East area. They will be using a backyard pool\, riding on quiet side streets\, over to a local school (or walking)\, where they will do running and biking skills and drills. \nWHO IS THIS CAMP FOR: This is geared towards 8-12 year olds\, who enjoy swimming\, biking and/or running or those that want to pursue triathlon. Participants must be able to swim at least one length of a pool and ride a bike confidently. No prior triathlon experience required!
