2 Day Age Group Swim Clinic
– Measure your swim stroke rate distance and swim speed to help you train more efficiently –
December 6, 2018 – Triathlon Ontario, the recognized Provincial governing body of Multisport in Ontario, announced it is offering a two day swim stroke analysis clinic at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre on December 27th and 28th. The clinic will be led by former Swim Canada head coach Pierre Lafontaine and Provincial Development coach Greg Kealey.
Have you ever wanted to know when or why you slow down in a race? Is your stroke breaking down or slowing down? Our swim analytics clinic will give you the hard numbers and then back it up with some expert stroke correction solutions.
Using proprietary Triton Wear swim analytics software our coaches will provide a detailed report of stroke rate, distance per stroke and swim velocity over multiple distances. We will then work with you to improve your swim stroke mechanics, through proper balance, timing and rotation – identifying the freestyle stroke’s “power centre”, providing immediate feedback to each athlete.
Join former Swim Canada and Australia head coach Pierre Lafontaine and Triathlon Ontario’s Provincial Development Coach Greg Kealey for 3 hours over 2 days of informative, professional coaching and make significant changes to your swimming for 2019. Spots are limited to 20.
December 27 3:30pm – 5:00pm
December 28 9:30am – 11:00am

Current 2018 or 2019 Triathlon Ontario members: $150
