Using proprietary Triton Wear swim analytics software our coaches will provide a detailed report of stroke rate, distance per stroke and swim velocity over multiple distances. We will then work with you to improve your swim stroke mechanics, through proper balance, timing and rotation – identifying the freestyle stroke’s “power centre”, providing immediate feedback to each athlete.

Join former Swim Canada and Australia head coach Pierre Lafontaine and Triathlon Ontario’s Provincial Development Coach Greg Kealey for 3 hours over 2 days of informative, professional coaching and make significant changes to your swimming for 2019. Spots are limited to 20.
