The Iron Girl experience will allow women to participate in a competitive event and will enable and empower the healthy lifestyle of sport.

Join us at Nelles Beach Park in Grimsby, Ontario – for a 500 m swim – 20 km flat and friendly bike – and a 5 km spectator lined run course. It will be a picture perfect course starting in Lake Ontario, touring Niagara’s farmland and finishing on the Waterfront Trail!
