HEAL PKPC is a collaboration of two experienced triathlon coaches coming together to offer top notch camps for adult age group triathletes and services.
HEAL is owned and operated by Certified Triathlon Coach and Registered Nutritionist, Tara Postnikoff. HEAL focuses on Nutrition and Coaching services for triathletes and runners looking to get started or get better while improving their health.
PKPC – Phaedra Kennedy is a competitive age group triathlete and runner with more that 15 years of running experience and more than 10 years of triathlon experience under her belt. She is also an NAASFP certified run coach, an NCCP trained triathlon coach, and a Can Fit Pro Certified Personal Training Specialist. Phaedra has been coaching people to meet their running and triathlon goals since 2014.
