
Friday May 29
3pm- Meet & Greet. Followed by run course recon & Swim. We’ll check out part of the run course, review the swim course, talk swim strategy and swim part of the course from Britannia Beach (weather/water dependant).
Saturday May 30
7am- Swim (40 min) from Britannia beach
8:00am- After a quick change meet for a ride of approx 70-80k reviewing 1 loop of the bike course on Kichi Z?b? M?kan parkway/Queen Elizabeth Driveway /Etienne-Cartier . 30 min run off the bike from Britannia Beach.
2:30pm- Immediately following the workout we’ll meet to discuss the course, talk race & pacing strategy, long course nutrition and have a Q & A to better prepare you for your race.
5pm- Group dinner(not included in fee)
Sunday May 31
8am- 60-90 min supported run on IM course starting from Majors Hills Park
