Multisport Canada’s last event of the season in beautiful Welland, a full weekend featuring a range of events from the Long Course, Give-it-a-Tri, Sprint Triathlon/Duathlo. Get a chance to swim the Welland Canal and then head out onto the flat and fast bike and run course.

2024 Provincial Long Course Series

The Series is divided into two age groups: 40 years of age and over (Masters Division) and under 40 years of age (Age Group Division). All age groups determined as of December 31st. Points are earned by finishing within the top 20 in your age group. Points are awarded for finishing position within the age group against the entire field in your age group (not just against other members).
