A 8 day training camp in Javea, Spain with a focus on riding

The main focus of the camp is a riding, we will be on road bikes and be riding in groups and we will be putting in big days on the bike. For triathletes we will also have some running options and open water swimming in the Mediterainnean but the camp will be geared more towards riding and building a good early season base. The training program will be laid out by the NRG coaching staff and will be adapted to the needs of the group. In order to ensure that everyone is able to ride at an appropriate pace the rides will be broken into 2-3 groups of similar speeds, you don’t have to be super fast to come to this camp, but you do need to be ready to put in some longer days in the saddle. Each group will have a coach/guide with them.
