Time: 8:45 am – Heats commence at 8:45 am and run throughout the morning. Start times will be confirmed at the pre-event meeting.

Entry Fee: $40.00*
This includes the $6 fee for a one-day membership with Triathlon Ontario (see Note 1 below). If you are already a Triathlon Ontario member, the fee is $34 (you will need to provide your Triathlon Ontario membership number on the registration form and present your membership card when you pick up your race kit)

Duathlon $10.00 Entry fee ~no t-shirt for duathlon but one may be purchased
