Junior Elite U23 Draft Legal $80 500m, 20km, 5km
U14/15 Draft Legal $80 400m, 15km, 3km
U12/13 Non Draft Legal $60 300m, 10km, 2km
Sprint Non Draft Legal 14+ $80 400m, 15km, 4km
Try-a-Tri Non Draft Legal 12+ $60 200m, 5km, 2km
For competitive triathletes age 12 or older, please select your age category of 12/13 non-draft, 14/15 draft legal, or U23 Elite draft legal.
For recreational triathletes, please select Sprint non-draft or Try-a-Tri. You are also given the option of competing as a team for the Sprint non-draft or Try-a-Tri.
All triathletes will start with a Riverside Park pool swim, transition to cycling through closed paved roads through beautiful Kemptville Campus and finish with a run on the gravel/dirt Riverside Park trail.
