Group swims will be held Tues, 5-6pm at Swansea Community Centre very close to Bloor/Runnymede (Runnymede Station). A 6 lane 25m pool. Each workout will include a warmup, 30-45 minute main set with various themes: aerobic, muscular endurance, speed, threshold, 5min cool down. Workouts suitable for those who can swim 100m comfortably without stopping. On deck coach would provide the workout and feedback. 11 sessions. First 5 to register get one underwater swim video, first 10 will receive a TPW swim cap,
