Welcome to Triathlon Ontario’s new Aquathlon Provincial Championships and Aquathlon Sampler. The Provincial Championship aquathlon consists of a 2.5km run, 1km swim and a 2.5km run provided the water temperature is 22 C or above and therefore, wetsuit illegal. If the water temperature is below 22 C, wetsuits are legal and the event switches to a 1km swim and a 5km run.

The Provincial Championship also offers the opportunity to qualify for the 2023 Aquathlon World Championships with three spots per age group per gender available.
