
This is a must do for the new triathlete! This clinic is geared at the new triathlete looking to improve their triathlon skills in a safe and fun environment. We will tackle swim skills, bike skills, running skills as well as transition and nutrition. This full day clinic will prepare you for your first triathlon or refine your skills if you have completed a few short distance races.

This immersive, hands-on training day will break down each element of triathlon so you can race smarter, stronger, and more efficiently.
What You’ll Learn:
Swim: Conquer open water fears with drills on sighting, drafting, breathing, and crowd navigation (Wetsuit strongly recommended!)
Bike: Master bike handling, gear selection, hills, descents, cornering, and smooth mounts/dismounts
Run: Improve your form, pacing strategy, and injury prevention with activation techniques
Transitions: Demystify T1 and T2 — then practice them!
Nutrition Talk: Fuel your body right for training and race day
