Sheila is a former Canadian National Team Swimmer and NCAA Division I scholarship athlete. Sheila is a level 3 NCCP certified coach. She formerly coached prospering competitive swimmers and has now turned her focus to coaching elite and high end age groupers in the sport of triathlon.
