Fine Tune Your Off-Season Training With Our Premium Age Grouper Swim Clinic

March 13, 2017 – Triathlon Ontario, the recognized Provincial Governing Body of Multisport in Ontario, has once again partnered with the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO) to offer a world class swim clinic specifically designed for Age Groupers on April 8th.
This clinic offers the rare opportunity to experience the multi-million dollar Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre while working with a CSIO Olympic level swim coach and strength and conditioning expert.
The afternoon begins with a 15 min on deck activation set then its two hours in the pool where one hour will focus on stroke technique (freestyle skills/drills), then its 45 min of distance swimming oriented sets (aerobic/aerobic power) and finally 15 min of fun relays and warm down.

The clinic is ideal for Age Groupers looking to improve on their swim skills. This is not a “Learn to Swim” clinic. Swimmers should be able to hold at least a sub 2 min per 100m pool time over a set of 15 x 100m. Anyone that has previously taken our Open Water Swim clinics would also benefit from this swim clinic.
As part of the registration package athletes will be receiving a pair of Vorgee Missile googles, complimentary Infinit Nutrition Jet Fuel throughout the day, and a Triathlon Ontario silicon swim cap.
