Join us on November 8, 2025, at Christie Lake Conservation Area for a fun and inclusive run with options for everyone! Choose between a Canicross (run with your dog) or a Human-Only run. Distances include 5K and 10K—the 10K will complete the approximately 5km loop twice. There’s also a walk-with-dog option for a more relaxed pace. The course features grass, gravel, flat and rolling hills, on double-track terrain, making it suitable for all experience levels.
The Triathlon Weekend is a long standing tradition in the town of Leamington. Having started out in a local family’s backyard pool and racing around their neighbourhood, the race has grown quite a lot over the years.
The race now takes place the week BEFORE Fathers’ Day Weekend and includes Leamington Kids Triathlon, Adult Try-a-Tri, Adult Do-a-Du, Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Open Water Swims, and 5km Run.
In the past, the race weekend has hosted KOS series races, provincial championship races, national championship races, and produced many members of Team Canada’s triathlon and duathlon team.
If you want to race in one of the oldest, fastest, and flattest races in the country, you’ve come to the right place.
This is a location that is sure to provide a spectacular course- whether you are a seasoned athlete or first-timer to the world of multi-sport races. The swim will take place in the spring-fed, baby blue waters of the Kelso Quarry.
The bike portion of this race will take place within Kelso Conservation Area- home to some of the area’s best mountain bike trails, while the run will follow along various escarpment trails!
This is a fast and flowing course, which constantly changes from double to single track and back again. There are lots of opportunities for passing, and racers are treated to several vista views on the run course.
